Farm, Ranch
& Storage Unit Cleanouts

East Texas has no shortage of properties with decades of accumulated equipment, tools, furniture, and belongings sitting in barns, sheds, workshops, and storage units. Whether it's a family farm being sold after a generation of ownership, a ranch property going through an estate, or a storage unit that's been sitting locked for years — we have the trucks, the crew, and the capacity to clear it out completely.

This is the kind of job most junk haulers won't touch. We specialize in it.

What we clear

Farm, ranch, and storage cleanouts involve a different kind of volume than a standard house cleanout. We're equipped for it.

Barns & Outbuildings

Old farm equipment, tools, feed supplies, furniture, scrap metal, lumber, and decades of accumulated items. We clear barns completely — floor to ceiling, wall to wall.

Equipment Sheds & Workshops

Power tools, hand tools, machinery parts, oil drums, tires, and miscellaneous shop contents. If it's in the shed, we can haul it.

Storage Units

Abandoned or inherited storage units packed with furniture, boxes, appliances, and household goods. We clear them completely so you can close out the unit or turn it over.

Ranch Properties

Outbuildings, pens, fencing materials, scrap, old vehicles, and accumulated debris across large acreage properties. We work with property owners, executors, and real estate agents to get ranch properties cleared and ready for sale or transfer.

Country Properties & Acreage

East Texas country homes often sit on acreage with multiple structures — a main house, detached garage, workshop, and storage buildings. We handle the whole property in a single mobilization.

Why farm & ranch cleanouts are different

Standard junk removal companies are set up for urban and suburban jobs — apartment cleanouts, garage hauls, single-room pickups. Farm and ranch cleanouts require a different level of capacity, experience, and equipment.

We bring large trucks and experienced crews who are used to working in non-standard environments — dirt roads, no loading dock, heavy and awkward items, multiple structures spread across acreage. We've done it before and we know how to work efficiently in these conditions.

We also understand that farm and ranch properties often hold items with real value — antiques, collectibles, working equipment, usable lumber. If you want us to set those items aside before hauling, we work under your direction. You tell us what stays and what goes.

Who we work with

Our farm, ranch, and storage cleanout clients include:

  • Families managing rural estates after a parent or grandparent has passed — often dealing with a farmstead that has been in the family for generations

  • Executors and estate attorneys handling rural properties that need to be cleared before sale or transfer

  • Real estate agents and investors who need a rural property cleared before listing or renovation

  • Landowners clearing out structures on property they've purchased or inherited

  • Storage facility operators who need abandoned units cleared and turned over

Farm, ranch & storage unit cleanout pricing in East Texas

Farm and ranch cleanouts are priced by volume, number of structures, and access conditions. These jobs typically involve more volume and more complexity than a standard house cleanout — our pricing reflects that honestly.

Single outbuilding or storage unit: $600 – $1,600
Multiple outbuildings or large barn: $1,700 – $3,350
Full farm or ranch property: $2,700 – $5,750+

Disposal fees are always separate and passed through at cost. For large acreage properties with significant volume, we'll do a walkthrough before locking in a final price — call or text to get started.

Farm, ranch, & storage unit cleanouts FAQ's

Do you work on properties without paved road access?

Yes — we're used to working on rural East Texas properties with dirt roads, gravel drives, and limited access. We'll confirm access requirements before the job and bring the right equipment.

Can you handle scrap metal and old equipment?

Yes — scrap metal, old farm equipment, machinery parts, and similar items are part of what we haul regularly. Disposal fees for scrap vary by weight and current market rates.

What if there are items of value that I want to keep?

We work under your direction on every job. If you want us to set aside specific items — antiques, tools, equipment, collectibles — just tell us before we start and we'll work around them. A representative should be present to identify those items.

What areas do you serve for farm and ranch cleanouts?

We serve rural properties throughout East Texas including Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Upshur, Smith, and surrounding counties. If you're within 60 miles of Longview, call or text and we'll confirm availability. We also offer estate cleanout services in Longview and Tyler for residential properties. We also handle yard and debris removal for overgrown lots, storm cleanup, and outdoor accumulation.
