Family members coordinate, support, and manage logistics.
Our role comes in at the physical removal stage. When the decisions have been made — or when the property needs to be cleared because the person has passed or moved into care — we show up with the right crew and equipment and get the job done. We take direction from whoever is managing the process. You tell us what goes. We haul it, dispose of it, document it, and leave the space broom-clean.
We've worked on jobs where a professional organizer was still present and coordinating. We've worked on estate cleanouts where the family handled everything themselves. We've worked alongside attorneys managing probate and real estate agents preparing a property for listing. Every situation is a little different — we adapt to what you need.

We are the right call when:
The property is ready to be physically cleared — either because the person has passed, has moved into care, or has worked through the process of deciding what goes. You have someone who can be present to direct the job. The situation is Level 1 through 3.
We will refer you when:
The situation involves a living family member who isn't yet ready for removal — that's a delicate process that requires a therapist or professional organizer, not a hauling crew. Active biohazards or Level 4–5 situations requiring licensed remediation are also outside our scope. In either case we'll be upfront with you and point you toward the right resource — we'd rather help you find the right fit than take a job we can't do well.
Hoarding cleanup levels
Hoarding situations are generally classified in levels 1 through 5 based on volume, condition, and complexity. Here's where we fit:
Level 1 - Mild Hoarding
Light clutter, no major access issues. Most rooms are still functional. A straightforward job for our crew.
Level 2 - Moderate Hoarding
Multiple rooms affected, some blocked pathways, possible odors. More volume and more time — well within our scope.
Level 3 - Heavy Hoarding
Significant accumulation throughout the home, limited access, larger crews required. These jobs typically take multiple days. We handle them regularly and have the capacity to see them through.
Level 4 plus - Extreme Hoarding
These situations involve active biohazards or conditions requiring licensed remediation specialists. We don't take these jobs — but we'll help you find someone who can.

Hoarding jobs vary more than any other service we offer — volume, density, access, and number of loads all affect the final price. Here's our honest starting range by situation so you know what you're looking at before you call:

Larger property, Level 1–2: $1,700 – $2,100

Do I need to be present for the cleanup?
For hoarding jobs we ask that a family member, executor, or designated representative be present to direct what stays and what goes. We take direction — we don't make those calls. If you can't be there personally, a trusted representative works just as well.
What if a professional organizer is already involved?
We work well alongside professional organizers and welcome the collaboration. If an ICD-certified organizer is already working with your family, we can coordinate directly with them on timing and logistics. We come in when the sorting is done and the hauling needs to happen.
What if the person living in the home isn't ready yet?
That's one of the most common situations families face — and one of the hardest. If the person hasn't reached readiness for physical removal, a therapist or ICD-certified professional organizer is the right first step. We're happy to point you toward resources in East Texas. How long does a hoarding cleanup take?
Level 1–2 jobs typically take one day. Level 3 situations can take two to three days depending on volume and access. We'll give you a realistic timeline after a quick review of the property.
